I have dedicated 19 years to Adult Education, serving in instructional, administrative, and leadership-support roles across multiple program areas, including HSE, ESL, IET/CSA, and Interim Director Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong instructional expertise, operational knowledge, and a sustained commitment to student success and workforce alignment. Currently, I serve as a Program Coordinator while also performing the full scope of duties associated with a Teams Specialist. In this dual capacity, I support program operations, instructors, and students through system management, coordination, and compliance, while maintaining continuity and efficiency across instructional and administrative functions. In addition, I have served as a certified proctor for TABE and TABE CLAS‑E assessments for the entirety of my 19 years in Adult Education. Building on this experience, I now serve as a Trainer of Trainers for TABE CLAS‑E, providing guidance and training to ensure assessment integrity, compliance, and instructional alignment across programs. My background reflects sustained leadership, adaptability, and deep institutional knowledge, allowing me to effectively support instructors, staff, and program goals while contributing to the ongoing success and accountability of Adult Education initiatives.
